Wandering through the winding alleys, we marveled at the intricate architecture and vibrant atmosphere. St. Mark's Basilica was a highlight, with its stunning mosaics and rich history. We indulged in gelato while watching the world go by, soaking in the unique charm of this floating city.

Alberobello: The Trulli Houses
Next, we made our way to Alberobello, famous for its trulli houses. These unique, conical-roofed structures were unlike anything we had ever seen.
The local shops offered handmade crafts, and we couldn't resist picking up a few trinkets to remember our time in this enchanting town.
Calabria: A Hidden Gem
As we continued our journey, we ventured into Calabria, a region often overlooked by tourists. The stunning coastline and rugged mountains captivated us. We parked near the beach and spent our days soaking up the sun and swimming in the crystal-clear waters.
